Minnesota Licensed After Hours RN

Job Summary

Providing after-hours clinical support, the part-time Minnesota Licensed After Hours RN will gather clinical information over the phone, direct healthcare services, and utilize clinical judgment to assist residents and staff remotely, with a commitment to at least four 6-hour shifts per month, including weekends and holidays.

Key responsibilities

• Gather pertinent clinical information and guide decision-making for resident care
• Provide health care instructions and education based on assessments and care plans
• Communicate with healthcare professionals to coordinate resident care and ensure effective transmission of data

Required qualifications

• Degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in Minnesota; Wisconsin licensure preferred or willingness to obtain
• Minimum of five years of experience in Senior Living or home and community-based senior services
• Experience in teaching and training clinical staff
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
