Job Summary

A company is looking for an Anticoagulation Registered Nurse.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote care to anticoagulation patients as part of an interprofessional team
• Make independent and dependent decisions under the direction of a provider
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure patient needs are met

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Associate degree required; bachelor's preferred from an accredited nursing school
• 1 year of prior nursing experience required
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the State of Minnesota required
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association required
• 1 year of anticoagulation dosing and monitoring experience preferred
