Job Summary
To support a commitment to student-centered education, the full-time Minnesota Licensed Associate Professor will engage in person-centered teaching, provide individualized instructional support, and participate in scholarship and service activities while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and supportive instruction that fosters student learning and growth
- Conduct research and participate in scholarship activities aligned with the university's mission
- Demonstrate a strong record of service to the institution and community, enhancing the educational mission
Required qualifications
- PhD or DNP in the field of study or a closely related field
- Current, unencumbered certification and licensure in Minnesota as an AGPCNP, GNP, or ANP, with AGPCNP certification preferred
- 3+ years of teaching experience or a willingness to instruct within a person-centered teaching model
- Demonstrated capacity to provide individualized support to students from diverse backgrounds
