Minnesota Licensed Assurance Supervisor

Job Summary

Leading audit and attestation engagements, the full-time hybrid Minnesota Licensed Assurance Supervisor will oversee project execution, review financial reporting processes, and build strong client relationships while mentoring junior staff in a dynamic work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and review audit, review, compilation, and other attestation engagements for diverse clients
• Develop engagement plans and monitor project performance to ensure timely and quality deliverables
• Supervise and mentor associates and senior associates, providing ongoing feedback and support

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with 150 credit hours
• 4+ years of progressively challenging Public Accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and auditing standards
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to analyze client data and effectively delegate and supervise work of junior staff
