Minnesota Licensed Assurance Supervisor
Job Summary
Leading audit and attestation engagements, the full-time hybrid Minnesota Licensed Assurance Supervisor will oversee project execution, review financial processes, and build strong client relationships while mentoring junior staff in a diverse range of industries throughout the Twin Cities Metro Area.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and review audit, review, compilation, and other attestation engagements for various clients
- Develop engagement plans and timelines to ensure successful project completion
- Supervise and mentor associates and senior associates, providing ongoing feedback and support
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with 150 credit hours
- 4+ years of progressively challenging Public Accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and auditing standards
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to analyze client data and effectively delegate and supervise work of less experienced staff
