Job Summary

A company is looking for a Therapist, Behavioral Health Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide integrated behavioral health services to adult patients, focusing on brief and solution-focused treatment
• Collaborate with mental health clinicians and staff to support patient care in both in-clinic and remote settings
• Assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of mental health concerns in adult patients

Required Qualifications

• Independently licensed or license eligible in MN at the Masters Level (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or equivalent)
• Five years of post-licensure experience, preferably in a medical setting
• Experience in providing evidence-based, solution-focused care to adults
• Strong commitment to ethical practices in mental health care
• Experience building professional relationships with healthcare colleagues
