Minnesota Licensed BI Developer

Job Summary

To support operational reporting needs, the remote Senior Cogito BI Developer will design, build, and deliver advanced data solutions using Epic's Cogito suite, enabling actionable insights and strategies for clinical and business areas.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the delivery of data solutions and support decision-making through the use of Epic's Cogito tools and databases
• Design, create, and automate reports, as well as develop executive-level dashboards for stakeholders
• Present data insights to leaders, guiding strategies for population health management and quality improvement

Required qualifications

• Epic Cogito certification required; additional certification in Clarity, Caboodle, or related areas preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Computer Science, Statistics, Management Information Systems, or related field required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Cogito BI Developer or in a similar role
• Experience in healthcare business intelligence and analytics preferred
• Extensive experience with the Cogito suite of BI tools, including SlicerDicer and Reporting Workbench
