Job Summary

Gathering and reviewing requirements for claimant and provider eligibility, the full-time Minnesota Licensed Care Manager will assess medical records, conduct phone assessments, and communicate benefit determinations in a supportive role within the insurance industry.

Key responsibilities

• Assess claimant eligibility by reviewing medical records and conducting phone assessments
• Determine legitimacy and eligibility of service providers through credential verification and assessments
• Assist claimants with modifications to their care plans and monitor claims processing reports

Required qualifications

• Current Minnesota RN or LSW license
• Experience in health care or insurance claims management
• Knowledge of medical records and eligibility assessment processes
• Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms
• Familiarity with state-specific regulations related to health care services
