- Assess claimant eligibility by reviewing medical records and conducting phone assessments
- Determine legitimacy and eligibility of service providers through credential reviews and assessments
- Monitor claims processing and attend case conferences to present recommendations
Required qualifications
- Current Minnesota LSW or RN license
- Experience in healthcare or insurance-related fields
- Ability to interpret medical records and provider documentation
- Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
