Job Summary

A company is looking for a Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist - Utilization Review - Remote (1099 Independent Contractor).

Key Responsibilities

• Review prior authorizations for treatment using national medical and healthcare plan guidelines
• Provide expert, unbiased assessments ensuring compliance with ERISA/DOL and state regulations
• Work flexibly, completing most cases in 30-60 minutes, with a minimum of 1-2 hours per week

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Must be an MD or DO
• Must be Board Certified in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
• Must have 5 years of patient care experience in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
• Must have an unrestricted Minnesota state medical license
• Must be a US Citizen or hold a Green Card
