Minnesota Licensed Claims Examiner
Job Summary
Seeking a Minnesota Licensed Claims Examiner Contractor, this full-time remote position will identify, research, process, and resolve claims while meeting productivity and quality standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify and resolve claims according to established procedures and guidelines
- Consult with various teams to ensure timely resolution of claims and maintain performance goals
- Document processing activities and participate in departmental training and meetings as needed
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience adjudicating claims and releasing for payment
- Familiarity with medical claim forms CMS1500 and UB04
- Knowledge of medical code sets ICD 10, HCPCS, CPT, and Modifiers
- Intermediate level experience with MS Office products
