Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and handle inbound calls with insurance companies and renters
• Discuss and negotiate payments/settlements professionally
• Enter data and correspondence from interactions with clients

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant collections experience
• Tech-savvy with working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams)
• Collaborative and self-starter attitude
