Job Summary

To support regulatory compliance and clinical outcome reporting, the part-time Minnesota Licensed Clinical Outcomes Specialist will manage data entry into electronic health records and state reporting systems while collaborating with the leadership team and supporting clinical staff development, all in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in ensuring regulatory compliance and clinical outcomes through accurate data entry
• Score required clinical forms and manage database entry for the MN State System and Fraser's EHR
• Coordinate projects related to clinical staff development and perform special projects as assigned

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences or related field with 2,000 clinical hours, or a completed practicum/internship in a relevant area
• A Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related fields
• 4,000 hours of clinical experience
