Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist to provide integrated support to patients and physicians to improve the quality of patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret clinical data for prior authorization approvals and care plan recommendations
• Monitor patient adherence and evaluate therapies for side effects, recommending changes as necessary
• Supervise support personnel and ensure compliance with HIPAA and pharmacy regulations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent advanced degree
• Licensed Pharmacist in the state of Minnesota
• 1+ years of experience preferred but not required
• Knowledge of complex/chronic disease states and therapies used in specialty pharmacy is preferred
• Commitment to obtaining any additional licensure as required
