Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist to support the Medicaid line of business by managing drug files and formulary updates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review weekly drug compendia for coverage status of new medications
• Analyze clinical data and develop evidence-based drug criteria
• Prepare and deliver quarterly drug formulary change requests and reports

Required Qualifications:

• Active PharmD license
• 2+ years of experience in formulary management and clinical data analysis
• Experience in client communication and data presentation
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and client-facing roles
• Intermediate proficiency with drug databases and reporting tools
