Job Summary
To support healthcare agencies and facilities, the remote Minnesota Licensed Clinical Reimbursement Specialist will conduct RAI assessments, develop care plans, and provide training to MDS Coordinators while ensuring compliance with regulations and optimizing reimbursement systems.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor, offering expert guidance to optimize client operations
- Assist in assessing and implementing reimbursement systems tailored to client needs
- Deliver training sessions and educational programs to enhance staff competency and performance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nursing with at least five years of clinical experience, including three years specializing in the RAI process
- Current and unrestricted RN license along with active RAC-CT certification
- Exceptional critical thinking skills and sound clinical judgment
- Strong leadership abilities and excellent interpersonal communication skills
