Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in clinical research, site management, or field clinical support
• Strong knowledge of GCP, FDA regulations, and cardiovascular procedures
• Proven ability to lead training programs and manage complex site workflows
• Experience with EMR systems and clinical trial platforms
