Job Summary

Minnesota Licensed Clinical Supervisor, is a full-time remote position responsible for supervising the day-to-day activities of nurse reviewers in the Review Operations, ensuring contract deliverables are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee accuracy and timeliness of review cases within contract requirements
• Analyze productivity and manage daily workload of nurse reviewers
• Conduct quality monitoring activities and implement improvement plans

Required Qualifications

• Active Minnesota RN licensure required
• ASN or equivalent nursing education required; BSN preferred
• Minimum of three years supervisory experience in healthcare
• Two years of recent clinical experience required
• Previous workload management experience strongly preferred
