Job Summary

A company is looking for a 1099 Licensed Clinical Therapist in Minnesota.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic counseling services and develop treatment plans for young adults
• Document sessions and submit HIPAA compliant documentation using the electronic health record
• Collaborate with other teams to support care continuation and adhere to documentation standards

Required Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
• Active state license in Minnesota; additional state licensures are a plus
• Experience with crisis intervention and safety planning
• Background in providing services to young adults or adolescents in community mental health or college counseling
• Preferred: Licensed Clinical Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology)
