Job Summary

Self-motivated and detail-oriented, the remote Minnesota Licensed Collection Agent will make calls on behalf of financial services clients to collect on past due accounts while managing interactions with critical thinking and negotiation skills.

Key responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to collect payments on past due accounts
• Negotiate payment arrangements and manage client interactions effectively
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and payments received

Required qualifications:

• Previous collections experience is essential
• Must have a secure and distraction-free work environment
• Ability to commit to a full 4 weeks of paid training
• Strong critical thinking skills for effective negotiation
• Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills
