Key Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth searches of public records in Minnesota and manage abstracting work from third-party vendors in surrounding states
• Analyze title records and prepare refined title search reports identifying defects or issues
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to resolve title issues while maintaining compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• Active Abstractor License in Minnesota or Iowa
• 3+ years of experience in commercial title abstracting or examination
• Proficiency in legal descriptions, land records, and title chain analysis
• Experience using title software and digital record platforms
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
