Minnesota Licensed Communication Assistant

Job Summary

Seeking self-motivated individuals, the full-time and part-time Minnesota Licensed Communication Assistants will facilitate telephone calls between deaf or hard of hearing individuals and hearing individuals in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Relay telephone calls between deaf, hard of hearing, and speech-impaired consumers and hearing consumers
• Utilize communication software to transcribe and relay messages accurately
• Adapt to varying schedules influenced by call volume fluctuations

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to type at least 60 words per minute with minimal errors
• Excellent customer service experience with a calm demeanor
• Must reside in Minnesota and have a private, quiet workspace for remote work
