Job Summary

A company is looking for a Conciliation Court Referee for the 2nd, 4th, and 10th Districts.

Key Responsibilities

• Preside over assigned hearings and manage court calendars, ensuring compliance with legal standards
• Prepare court orders and maintain order and decorum during proceedings
• Conduct legal research as needed and utilize technology effectively in court operations

Required Qualifications

• Must be a licensed attorney in the State of Minnesota
• At least five years of experience as a practicing attorney
• Must be in good standing with no disciplinary actions in the past five years
• Must reside or maintain an office in or near the relevant District
• Must pass criminal background and disciplinary history checks
