Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Attorney.

Key Responsibilities

• Support senior attorneys in drafting and finalizing corporate documents
• Assist with M&A, divestitures, joint ventures, and general corporate transactions
• Review corporate documents for accuracy and completeness

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of corporate transactional experience
• Experience with cross-border or international matters is highly desirable
• Active member in good standing of the Minnesota Bar
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Technically proficient and quick to learn new platforms and tools
