Job Summary

A company is looking for a Court Operations Leadworker I to oversee the Protective Orders Team within the Family Division.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Protective Orders Team, providing training and troubleshooting assistance
• Monitor case processing, implement new policies, and ensure compliance with procedural changes
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff on their work and training progress

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of experience in a court operations role or equivalent
• Working knowledge of Minnesota Court Information System (MNCIS) case processing
• Experience in developing training materials and writing job procedures
• Ability to work independently and make decisions in accordance with laws and policies
