Job Summary
Providing compassionate telephonic support, the full-time Minnesota Licensed Crisis Counselor will deliver emotional support, risk assessment, and crisis intervention services remotely while managing a variety of client needs and ensuring high-quality care.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver empathetic telephonic support to individuals in distress, ensuring a professional and solution-focused experience
- Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns, providing resources, coping strategies, and safety planning
- Maintain accurate documentation and effectively multitask while navigating multiple software systems
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university
- Minimum of one year of direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
- Residency in Minnesota is required for this fully remote position
- Ability to maintain a distraction-free, private office space with appropriate internet connectivity
- Completion of a six-week paid virtual training cohort is required for continued employment
