Job Summary

Providing compassionate telephonic support, the full-time Minnesota Licensed Crisis Counselor will deliver emotional support, risk assessment, and crisis intervention services remotely while managing a variety of client needs and ensuring high-quality care.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver empathetic telephonic support to individuals in distress, ensuring a professional and solution-focused experience
• Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns, providing resources, coping strategies, and safety planning
• Maintain accurate documentation and effectively multitask while navigating multiple software systems

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university
• Minimum of one year of direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
• Residency in Minnesota is required for this fully remote position
• Ability to maintain a distraction-free, private office space with appropriate internet connectivity
• Completion of a six-week paid virtual training cohort is required for continued employment
