Job Summary

Delivering compassionate emotional support and crisis intervention, the full-time Minnesota Licensed Crisis Counselor will provide telephonic assistance to individuals experiencing various emotional and behavioral challenges while working remotely from Minnesota.

Key responsibilities

• Provide empathetic and professional telephonic support to individuals in distress
• Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns, including risk and safety issues
• Maintain accurate documentation and navigate multiple software systems effectively

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
• Minimum of 1 year direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
• Must be a Minnesota resident
• Ability to maintain HIPAA compliance in a remote work environment
• Capacity to manage stress and maintain professionalism in a high-pressure role
