Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Scientist to leverage data for strategic decisions in public health.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and improve data analysis and visualization tools for public health decision-making
• Apply statistical methods and machine learning algorithms to extract actionable insights
• Create visualizations and reports to communicate findings effectively to partners and decision-makers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Data Science, Informatics, Statistics, or related field; Master's or PhD preferred
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Proficiency in R; knowledge of Python is a plus
• Experience with data manipulation tools and machine learning frameworks
• Familiarity with GIS systems and HL7 ADT message requirements
