Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employment Specialist to support individuals with disabilities in finding and maintaining employment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of individuals, providing tailored employment support and advocacy
• Facilitate employment exploration, development, and ongoing support in community settings
• Coordinate logistics, including transportation and communication with support teams and employers

Required Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Must pass a Department of Human Services background study
• Social Work degree holders must be currently licensed as required by the Minnesota Board of Social Work
• A bachelor's degree in a related field with one year of direct care experience, or equivalent qualifications
• Passion for making a difference and a willingness to learn
