Minnesota Licensed Employment Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employment Specialist to support individuals with disabilities in their pursuit of competitive employment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of individuals, providing personalized employment support and advocacy
• Facilitate employment exploration, development, and ongoing support in community settings
• Coordinate logistics, including scheduling, transportation, and communication with support teams

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Successful completion of a Department of Human Services background study
• Social Work degree holders must be currently licensed as required by the Minnesota Board of Social Work
• Education and experience requirements: bachelor's degree in human services with one year of experience, or an associate degree with two years of experience, or a diploma with three years of experience, or 50 hours of training with four years of experience
