Job Summary
Supporting the IS&T team in maintaining the Epic system, the full-time Minnesota Licensed Epic Analyst will develop and configure solutions, create documentation, and provide expert support for applications while primarily working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Research, develop, and modify "break fix" solutions in Epic
- Create documentation of build and participate in testing phases during implementations and upgrades
- Provide Epic content expert support and identify opportunities for process/system improvements
Required qualifications:
- 3 years of relevant experience working with electronic health records and Epic
- Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree, or an approved equivalent combination of education and experience
- Current Epic Certification, Accreditation, Proficiency Self-study, or Proficiency in EpicCare Ambulatory
