Job Summary
To support a dedicated healthcare team, the full-time Minnesota Licensed Geriatric RN will plan, organize, and provide professional nursing care for patients in an ambulatory care setting, with a schedule of Monday through Friday from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm and opportunities for remote work.
Key responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and identify expected nursing outcomes
- Implement nursing interventions based on the plan of care and evaluate patient responses
- Deliver patient care as delegated by physicians and continuously seek to improve processes and workflows
Required qualifications
- RN license in the state of practice, with potential for additional state RN licenses required for some positions
