Job Summary

To support a growing teleaudiology practice, the fully remote Minnesota Licensed Hearing Specialist will conduct remote evaluations, device fittings, and follow-up care for patients while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the patient experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct remote evaluations, device fittings, and follow-up care for patients across licensed states
• Educate and guide patients on maximizing their hearing technology
• Provide feedback on new tools and workflows to improve patient experiences

Required qualifications

• Active HIS license in CA, MN, NY, PA, or TX with 2+ years of fitting experience
• Successful completion of the International Licensing Exam (ILE)
• Empathetic and patient-first approach to care
• Ability to work independently and manage a personal schedule and caseload
• Reliable home internet connection with specified speed requirements
