Job Summary

Dedicated to enhancing patient care, the full-time Minnesota Licensed Heart Failure RN will provide bedside care, manage outpatient visits, and conduct occasional remote work, all while supporting patients with heart failure at the St. Cloud Hospital.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide education, support, and ongoing disease management for heart failure patients
• Deliver bedside care in the hospital and manage new and follow-up outpatient clinic visits
• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes

Required qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program required
• Current Minnesota RN License required
• BSN or MSN preferred, with a BSN or higher required within 36 months of hire
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association required
• 1 year of recent cardiology work experience preferred
