Job Summary
Dedicated to enhancing patient outcomes, the full-time Minnesota Licensed Heart Failure RN will provide bedside care in a hospital setting, manage outpatient clinic visits, and conduct occasional remote work, focusing on education and ongoing disease management for heart failure patients.
Key responsibilities
- Provide bedside care and support for heart failure patients in the hospital
- Manage new and follow-up outpatient clinic visits for heart failure management
- Educate patients on disease management and provide ongoing support across the continuum of care
Required qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program required
- Current Minnesota RN License required
- BSN or MSN preferred; BSN or higher required within 36 months of hire
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association required
- 1 year of recent cardiology work experience preferred
