Job Summary

Dedicated to enhancing patient care, the full-time Minnesota Licensed Heart Failure RN will provide bedside care, manage outpatient visits, and conduct occasional remote work, focusing on education and support for individuals living with heart failure.

Key responsibilities

• Provide bedside care in the hospital setting for heart failure patients
• Manage new and follow-up visits in the outpatient clinic
• Educate and support patients in ongoing disease management across the continuum of care

Required qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program required
• Current Minnesota RN License required
• BSN or higher required within 36 months of being hired
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• 1 year of recent cardiology work preferred
