Job Summary
To enhance patient safety and quality, the part-time Minnesota Licensed Imaging Coordinator will oversee the lifecycle of actionable diagnostic findings, ensuring timely communication and resolution while collaborating with clinical teams and supporting quality initiatives, with the flexibility to work remotely and occasional on-site meetings.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the communication, documentation, and tracking of critical and significant diagnostic findings
- Facilitate clear communication among radiologists, providers, and clinical teams to ensure timely follow-up and adherence to standards
- Contribute to process improvement and quality initiatives by identifying trends and gaps in actionable findings workflows
Required qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in healthcare, nursing, radiologic sciences, health information, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare operations, imaging services, care coordination, or quality/safety roles
- 2+ years of experience coordinating time-sensitive workflows and clinical communication processes
- Must possess Minnesota RN licensure, ARRT certification, RDMS certification, or CNMT certification
- Experience with EHR systems and clinical documentation tools
