Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inpatient Care Management RN - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform initial and concurrent reviews of inpatient cases using evidence-based criteria
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and medical directors to ensure proper utilization of health services
• Facilitate timely care and effective discharge planning while maintaining compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in the state of residence
• 3+ years of clinical nursing experience in acute or long-term care settings
• Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Suite and clinical platforms
• Designated workspace with secure high-speed internet access
• Ability to work Monday-Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM within specified time zones
