Job Summary
Supporting a growing portfolio of healthcare clients, the remote contract Minnesota Licensed IT Systems Analyst will manage Epic-related projects, perform application maintenance, and resolve system issues while collaborating with client stakeholders and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Epic-related projects, implementations, enhancements, and system upgrades
- Perform day-to-day application maintenance, operational support, troubleshooting, and ticket resolution
- Analyze system issues, identify root causes, and coordinate with technical and functional teams to resolve problems
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare IT systems/application support
- Hands-on experience supporting Epic environments or Epic-related applications
- Experience with application maintenance, troubleshooting, ticket management, and production support
- Experience participating in software upgrades, testing, implementations, or enhancement projects
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
