Minnesota Licensed Landlord-Tenant Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Landlord-Tenant Law Attorney (Hybrid / Full Time In-House Counsel).

Key Responsibilities

• Handle residential landlord/tenant matters, including strategy, risk assessment, and execution
• Advise on and ensure compliance with applicable housing laws, regulations, and local ordinances
• Draft, review, and negotiate leases and related agreements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience handling landlord/tenant law matters, including litigation and regulatory compliance
• Experience with commercial acquisitions and dispositions and leasing
• Background from a law firm (large or boutique) or relevant in-house role
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials
• Licensed in Minnesota or eligible for in-house counsel admission
