Job Summary
To support the PERS program, the full-time Minnesota Licensed Lifeline Coordinator will manage day-to-day operations, including sales, service, and problem-solving, while working remotely during standard business hours.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the PERS program, including sales, service, and billing processes
- Coordinate installer services, manage inventory, and act as a liaison between subscribers and the PERS company
- Utilize virtual applications for collaborative problem-solving and ensure adherence to sound business practices
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a technical or health-related field preferred
- 2-3 years of experience in healthcare, senior care, or home care preferred
- Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with multiple applications
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with data entry and electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus
