Job Summary
To lead case strategy and achieve results in plaintiff-side contingency work, a full-time Minnesota Licensed Litigation Attorney will manage cases involving discrimination, harassment, and retaliation while utilizing custom tools and processes in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute case strategies while advocating for clients throughout the litigation process
- Delegate tasks effectively to paralegals and case managers, ensuring clear communication and adherence to timelines
- Engage in court appearances, trials, and negotiations to secure optimal outcomes for clients
Required qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in Minnesota or Illinois
- Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience preferred
- Proven ability in legal planning and courtroom advocacy
- Strong skills in client relationship management and team leadership
