Job Summary

Driven by relationships and results, the full-time Minnesota Licensed Loan Officer will guide clients through the mortgage process, managing every detail from application to closing while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain genuine relationships with clients and referral partners throughout the mortgage journey
• Manage a consistent loan pipeline effectively, ensuring clear expectations and exceptional client experiences
• Stay updated on market trends, product updates, and compliance requirements to provide informed guidance

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in mortgage loan origination with knowledge of the complete loan lifecycle
• Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license in good standing with the NMLS or ability to obtain licensing within 60 days of hire
• Proven track record of successful loan origination supported by an established referral network
• Strong analytical capabilities to interpret complex financial data for sound lending decisions
• Exceptional relationship management skills with a positive, proactive attitude towards helping others
