Job Summary
Building and maintaining relationships within the community, the full-time Minnesota Licensed Loan Officer will guide clients through the mortgage process, leveraging their expertise in mortgage origination to achieve client financial goals while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and nurture relationships with real estate agents and other professionals to drive lead flow and referral volume
- Consult with clients to analyze financial situations and advise on suitable loan products throughout the mortgage process
- Represent the brand at community functions to support business development initiatives and enhance brand visibility
Required qualifications
- Experience in mortgage loan origination with a proven track record of generating referrals
- Possession of Federal NMLS and state mortgage licenses
- Strong professional communication and time management skills
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in self-generated mortgage loan origination preferred
