Job Summary

Managing and processing loan applications from initiation to closing, the full-time Minnesota Licensed Loan Processor will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, facilitate communication between borrowers and loan officers, and deliver exceptional customer service in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support administrative and operational processes on home loan applications, including communication with customers to obtain necessary documentation
• Deliver outstanding customer service by providing regular updates and ensuring a consistent experience
• Prepare loans for underwriting review and ensure compliance with all guidelines while managing an assigned pipeline to meet closing dates

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Loan Processing experience in a mortgage setting
• Experience with the Encompass system
• Proven ability to independently manage workload and meet expectations
• Familiarity with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and related regulations
• Demonstrated success in voice-to-voice customer service interactions
