Job Summary

To ensure high-quality patient care in a hybrid environment, the full-time Minnesota Licensed Medical Assistant will provide clinical, clerical, and technical support across multiple clinic locations while collaborating with nurse and provider teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Adapt quickly to new environments and workflows to maintain smooth clinic operations
• Collaborate with clinic and nurse teams to ensure seamless patient care during transitions
• Schedule patient appointments and assist with portal setup and patient education

Required Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant Certification program or MA diploma
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Remote experience preferred
• Good standing within the organization with no active performance issues
