Job Summary
To lead innovative clinical decision support content development, the part-time Minnesota Licensed Medical Director in Clinical Informatics will work remotely to translate clinical practice guidelines into structured logic, collaborate with technical teams, and optimize content development processes incorporating AI.
Key responsibilities:
- Author and maintain clinical decision support content, translating clinical guidelines into structured logical representations
- Collaborate with clinical terminologists and technical informaticists to ensure accurate implementation of clinical concepts
- Participate in cross-functional collaboration to enhance clinical content utilization within electronic health records
Required qualifications:
- Medical Graduate (MD/DO or MBBS)
- 5+ years of clinical practice experience
- 5+ years of experience in Clinical Informatics
- 2+ years of experience related to clinical decision support
- Experience with evidence-based medicine frameworks and FHIR
