Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medicare Sales Agent to assist customers with their insurance needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls from prospective members and convert them into qualified leads and sales
  • Follow up with members regarding questions and review current or new products and services
  • Assist in completing enrollment over the phone while meeting performance and compliance goals
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • No prior insurance license required; training provided to obtain necessary state licenses
  • Completion of UHC Portfolio Agent New Hire training classes is mandatory
  • Ability to meet established performance, attendance, and consumer experience goals
  • Flexibility to work full-time with potential weekend shifts based on business needs
  • Experience in sales or customer service is preferred
