Job Summary

Overseeing daily operations and staff management, the fully remote Minnesota Licensed Medication Access Supervisor will supervise medication access specialists, conduct recruitment and performance evaluations, and ensure efficient workflow management while collaborating with clinical staff and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and staffing to meet client needs and project demands
• Conduct recruitment, hiring, and performance evaluations to build a high-performing team
• Review medication authorizations and assist with coverage denials and patient communication

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate Degree preferred
• Three years of experience in healthcare or with pharmacy providers on medication access
• State Board of Pharmacy Technician registration required within six months of hire
• Minimum of one year of supervisory or management experience preferred
• Active CPhT certification preferred
