Job Summary

Overseeing daily operations of medication access specialists, the full-time Minnesota Licensed Medication Access Supervisor will manage staff scheduling, conduct performance evaluations, and ensure efficient workflow management in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule staff to maintain operational efficiency and service continuity
• Conduct recruitment, performance evaluations, and provide coaching to develop a high-performing team
• Review medication authorizations and assist with benefits investigations and patient assistance programs

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate Degree preferred
• 3 years of experience in healthcare or with pharmacy providers on medication access
• State Board of Pharmacy Technician registration within 6 months of hire
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or management experience preferred
• Active CPhT certification preferred
